How to apply a job at Ayoconnect?

If you are confident that you have all the skills and experience listed in the job description, you are eligible to apply.
Can I refer a friend to apply to one of the available position at Ayoconnect?
Sure you can. You can contact Ayoconnect’s Talent Acquisition team at to refer your friend. The team will review your referee profile and contact them if they are a match for the role.
What is the hiring process look like?
Firstly after you submit your profile for a role, Ayoconnect’s Talent Acquisition Team will review your profile and contact you directly for the screening process if you are a match. After you pass the screening stage, you will get the invitation to do an assessment of an individual's general cognitive ability, then you will go to the user interview stage. Once you pass the user interview stage, you will meet the TA team member for the last interview stage. If you pass the last interview stage, the Talent Acquisition Team will start to work on your offer letter and will be sent to you within a week or two weeks
